As an IT Project Manager, you will lead digital transformation initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful delivery of complex IT projects for clients operating across different industries.

? Your missions?
- Lead and coordinate multi-market rollouts, ensuring alignment across different regions.
- Manage project planning, dependencies, costs, quality and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate clear communication and alignment among stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues and risks.
- Oversee testing, cutover, go-live and handover activities.
- Use Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI for project tracking and reporting.
- Ensure alignment with supply chain processes and best practices.
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
✍️ Your profile?
- Degree in Business, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in international or supply chain projects.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Power BI.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Strong planning, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic international environment.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in Supply Chain projects and/or managing large-scale budgets would be a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.
- PMP, PRINCE2,
Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications.
? Work model
- Hybrid position: 1 day per week from one of our offices in Milan, Turin, Rome or Bologna.

- Location: Milan, Turin, Bologna, Rome.
- Work model: Hybrid (1 day per week on site).
- Employment type: Full-time Permanent or Freelance.
- Applicable collective agreement: CCNL Commercio (for permanent employees).

? Compensation & Pay Transparency
- Permanent contract: Gross Annual Salary in the range of EUR 30,000 – EUR 50,000, depending on seniority, experience and skills.
- Freelance contract: Daily rate in the range of EUR 250–300/day, depending on experience and expertise.
- Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio).
- The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.

As an IT Project Manager, you will contribute to digital transformation projects for clients operating in industries including Automotive & Motorsport, Avionic & Aerospace, Defence, Railway, Industrial, Home Automation, and Robotics. Depending on the project assignment, you will work on initiatives involving Software Development, Cloud & Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data, AI, Business Applications, and IT Project Management.
