- Stay constantly updated on market dynamics, industry trends and regulatory developments in the corporate space. **Required Experience**: - A proven track record in independently managing complex projects or client mandates is essential. Direct experience with/at rating agencies or a track record on rating-driven deals,



will be considered a strong plus. **Competencies Required**: - Fluency in both Italian and English is required
