STAM is looking for a Digital Product Owner to join its office Cagliari within STAM’s Digital Solutions Business Area.Main Activities Join the Digital Solutions team at STAM and you'll have the opportunity to work in the energy, industrial, and critical infrastructure sectors, collaborating with key players in the national and European industrial landscape. In this role, you will support clients in their growth and digital transformation journey. The sought‑after candidate will take on the role of Product Owner, managing a portfolio of innovative, high‑tech projects both in the field of funded research and as a solution provider.

Portfolio management and development: Overseeing and coordinating and acquiring projects, with a strong focus on research and development

- Development strategy definition: Designing and implementing a consistent growth and development strategy that optimizes project activities and promotes a modular, integrated approach;

Requirements analysis and definition: Gathering and defining functional and technical requirements in line with customer needs, supporting the creation of test cases and managing project activities

- Software lifecycle management: Overseeing the complete software lifecycle, from initial development to release, maintenance, and ongoing updates. We are looking for someone with solid experience in managing technology projects and a strong passion for digital innovation.

Requirements Master or Bachelor Degree in Electronic, Energetic, Management, Computer,



Telecommunication Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent. Management of IT projects in the energy, infrastructure or industry domain;

Requirements analysis and specifications for IT projects

- Analysis and Implementation of Customer’s requirements for IT projects
- Knowledge of testing activities and acceptance/qualification process. Knowledge of testing and validation activities
