**Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are**: - Act as a strategic partner to align business and HR objectives within designated business units.
- Serve as a consultant to management on HR-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with managers, team leaders, and employees.
- Lead and manage the people management agenda in your business unit/area.
- Advise departmental managers and team leaders independently on HR matters.
- Execute the local HR calendar and ensure timely delivery of key HR processes.
- Facilitate and deliver on the following HR focus areas: - Organizational Development
- Strategic Resource Planning and Recruitment
- Performance Management
- Succession Planning
- Expatriation / International Assignments
- Employee Relations
- Identify HR gaps and risks, propose and implement necessary changes.
- Act as a performance improvement driver by provoking positive change in people management.
- Lead or participate in small HR projects as needed.




- Communicate proactively with HR colleagues and business management to develop integrated solutions. **What Do We Expect From You**: - Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an HR professional, ideally as an HR Business Partner or in a generalist HR role.
- Deep understanding of the business unit, its key employees, and processes.
- Ability to build strong business relationships and serve as a single point of contact for managers and employees.
- Proven experience implementing HR best practices and processes at the business unit level.
- Strong advisory and coaching skills for managers and employees on HR topics.
- Ability to work independently and professionally when handling HR queries and issues.
- Proactive approach in identifying opportunities and translating HR developments into business outcomes.
- Analytical, flexible, and result-driven mindset.
- Effective influencing and persuasive abilities.
- Strong organizational development and change management skills to support departmental leadership.
