We’re looking for an Operations Analytics Specialist to join the Operations Analytics, Planning & Workforce Management area (Operations & Transformation Department - COTO) in Italy. If you’re passionate about data, eager to grow, and ready to contribute to real business decisions — this is the opportunity for you.
**What You’ll Do**:
Support Operations teams through data analysis and reporting
Contribute to sales budgeting and forecasting activities
Create and analyze ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders
Define, manage, and improve monitoring and reporting tools
Prepare reports for Local and Global Committees
**What We’re Looking For**:
A background in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics,



or Engineering
A strong analytical mindset and the ability to think creatively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Good knowledge of English (B2)
**This Role Is Ideal If You**:
You have between 2 and 4 years of experience
You are passionate about data and analytics
