Responsibilities - Analyze and validate the project proposals received from affiliates/plants at international level - Actively drive projects execution, ensuring effective management of both technical and organizational aspects - Lead and facilitate technical discussions with suppliers and affiliates, fostering alignment and collaboration - Liaise with the internal customers (affiliates), understanding their needs - Communicate and coordinate with local teams, plant managers and other involved functions - Assist local teams in the management and resolution of issues by providing guidance and transferring knowledge from other plants - Identify best practices to be adopted at group level by extended benchmarking on specific and critical processes/methods - Define main technical characteristics of equipment necessary to implement the investments supporting Prysmian strategy - Define timing and budget of the projects to be evaluated / approved - Coordinate all the steps from project definition to commissioning and start‑up of equipment - Support all affiliates in solving issues on process and machinery Requirements - Over ten years of professional experience in a technical role (technology or manufacturing), preferably in the Industrial sector - Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree required - English proficiency and Italian mother tongue - CAD design experience is a plus - On field (plant)
