We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced HSE Expert to join our team in Northern Italy. As an HSE Expert at Eosol Group, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local, national, and EU health, safety, and environmental regulations within our operational sites and construction areas. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental practices, especially within the photovoltaic sector. **Key Responsibilities**: - Ensure compliance with local, national, and EU health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support risk assessment and risk management processes at operational sites and construction areas.
- Contribute to the drafting and updating of HSE documentation such as: - Risk Assessment Documents (DVR)
- Emergency Plans
- Safety Operational Plans (POS)
- Health & Safety Coordination Plans (PSC)
- HSE procedures
- Monitor HSE performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct internal HSE audits and support external audits by authorities or clients.
- Deliver training and awareness sessions on health, safety, and environmental topics to staff and contractors.
- Manage relationships with consultants, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate with technical, operations,



and construction teams on environmental and safety evaluations of new projects. **Qualifications**: - A minimum of 4 years of experience in an HSE role, ideally within the photovoltaic industry.
- A degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations at local, national, and EU levels.
- Solid experience in risk assessment methodologies and risk management processes.
- Proficiency in developing HSE documentation and reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including contractors and regulatory authorities.
