**LEGAL INTERN** Join us for a unique opportunity to experience the world of Disney from the inside We are looking for a passionate and energetic intern to join the Legal Affairs Department team and support it in daily activities. **What You Will Do**:
Support to the members of the Legal Affairs Department in the following activities: - Drafting and reviewing contracts relating to the company's activity, with a particular focus on licensing agreements, audiovisual productions, co-marketing and service contracts;
- Drafting and reviewing legal correspondence relating to the above-mentioned contracts;




- Drafting and reviewing minutes relating to meetings of the TWDCI and TDSI corporate bodies;
- Legal research and in-depth analysis of various legal issues; general legal advice to company functions;
- Maintenance of the legal and corporate archive. **Required Qualifications & Skills**: - Enthusiastic, curious, and proactive attitude
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Previous internship or academic background in law
