Mission of Internship:
As an External Affairs Intern, you will support the team in monitoring political, institutional, and competitive developments, contributing to the implementation of advocacy, business growth, and sustainability initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work closely with internal and external stakeholders, gaining hands-on experience in public affairs within a global aerospace company. Main Responsibilities:
External Affairs Support
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (institutions, associations, partners) to support the company’s advocacy efforts.
- Help prepare briefing materials and presentations for high-level meetings and forums. Contribute to internal coordination efforts for the company’s representation in external events. One Roof / One Voice Coordination
- Monitor and support follow-up on “One Roof” initiatives in the country, helping ensure alignment and progress. Assist in internal communication efforts related to “One Voice” initiatives, supporting consistency of messaging and coordination. Business Growth and Intelligence
- Contribute to research and collection of political, institutional, and competitive intelligence.
- Support in the drafting of monthly briefings and ad hoc updates.
- Assist in coordinating specific initiatives linked to business development in the country.



Sustainability & Stakeholder Engagement
- Help map and monitor local stakeholders involved in sustainability, in line with Group priorities.
- Support the promotion of sustainability-related projects, partnerships, and roadmaps.
- Assist in maintaining a database on Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF), Carbon Dioxide Removal (CDR), and other local sustainability initiatives. Profile Requirements:
Student or recent graduate in Political Science, International Relations, Public Affairs, or a related field. Strong interest in aerospace, public affairs, and sustainability. Good analytical and research skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive attitude and ability to work in a multicultural environment. Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.
