**Job Title**: IT Desktop Support Engineer **Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled IT Desktop Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical assistance and ensure the smooth operation of end-user devices and systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage a wide range of hardware and software environments. **Key Responsibilities**: - Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user technical issues (hardware, software, and network).
- Diagnose and resolve incidents promptly, ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Manage operating system deployments and software installations using standard tools.
- Provide VIP and deskside support to senior management and critical business users.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and update support documentation.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure compliance with security policies and best practices. **Required Skills & Qualifications**: - Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop or IT support roles.
- Strong proficiency with Windows 7, 10, and 11 operating systems.




- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management tools.
- Knowledge of imaging tools (Ghost, MDT) and data migration/backup tools (USMT).
- Familiarity with mobile device support and basic networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Preferred certifications: MCSA, CompTIA A+, or ITIL Foundation. **Location**: Onsite (Monday to Friday)
