The Manager, Technical Application Support Scientists will lead an ambitious team responsible for delivering world-class remote pre and post-sales technical support for Thermo Fisher Scientific products. You will ensure flawless daily operations, foster an inclusive and collaborative environment, and strictly adhere to our high standards of service excellence. **A Day in the Life**: - Guide and develop direct reports who supervise frontline employees
- Build relationships with the business units we support
- Engage product management to foster coordinated business relationships for continuous improvement
- Manage operations and project planning, including integrations
- Lead alignment efforts across global regions **Keys to Success**:
**Education**: - Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering required with 7+ years of experience (equivalent combinations of education and relevant work experience may be considered). **Experience**: - 5+ years of people management experience preferred.
- Proven track record in directly serving customers.
- Prior experience in Technical Application Support and the Biotechnology industry preferred. **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**: - Demonstrated leadership and people development skills

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual premio based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
