- Coordinate the sales order entering flow in the system for Del Monte Produce sold to Clients attached to Del Monte Italy, ensuring that sales orders are properly and timely entered into the system.
- Check corresponding sales invoices and communicate with invoicing department in Monaco, ensuring that sales invoices match with sales orders and orders made by customers.
- Check cargo documents received from origin in coordination with Logistics department, ensuring that all proper documentation is delivered on time to allow customers to take their goods at the port.
- Coordinate information with forwarders or other third parties, ensuring a good flow of information with the forwarder and other suppliers in the logistics chain.
- Coordinate deliveries with customers before dispatch.



Inform customers when fruit is available.
- Establish Intrastat reporting and any other reporting needed concerning commercial operations that would be needed in the Regional Office in Monaco. Inform the Tax Office about the traffic of our goods between the European Economic Community. Provide organized and accurate information to the Operations Team in Monaco.
- Coordinate the Quality and non-quality claims flow ensuring that CN are properly and timely entered into the system. **Skills required**: - Commercial or Logistics degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years overall experience in logistic/sales department.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English.
- Organizational maturity and effectiveness.
- Empowerment and Ability to deal with change.
- Able to demonstrate professional competence, both within the company and with external contacts.
- Results orientated with a positive approach.
