- Create opportunities for guests to meet, connect, and have fun together.
- Propose and co-design new daytime and evening formats.
- Host with a mic, present confidently, and engage diverse crowds. **What we’re looking for**

- Friendly, welcoming personality; comfortable with international groups.
- **Fluent English** (Italian is a plus; other languages welcome).




- Ability to host small events and “work the room.”
- Reliability and punctuality; availability **evenings/weekends**. **Contract details**: - **On-call (intermittent) contract**, variable hours based on the events calendar.
- Mainly evening and weekend shifts.
- Classification and pay according to the applicable Italian **CCNL**.
