HR Operations Team Lead

You will perform day-to-day HR transactions for Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, while also managing complex and escalated tasks. You will also support the globally set standards for HR Operations and ensure that the respective global business processes adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements.
~ Perform annual & monthly Payroll, Compensation and Benefits tasks according to deadlines.
Enter data into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned activity. Maintain a high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems.
Bachelor’ s degree
You have at least 3 years of experience in HR field, preferably payroll, compensation and vantaggi.




Good knowledge of payroll rules, preferably “Dirigente” and “Metalmeccanico” labour contracts;
Good knowledge of Workday, SAP, Microsoft Office, and particularly Excel;
You have excellent communication skills and you are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken;
