We provide banking services and comple financial solutions to telecommunication, media, entertainment, technology, satellite and healthcare companies in the EMEA region, the Americas and in Asia-Pacific. As an **Analyst** or **Associate**, you will support the team in (i) managing our relationships with clients in the dynamic TMT&H; sectors and (ii) origination, structuring and eecution of transformational financial solutions for them. You will be a member of a successful and highly driven & results-oriented team. Working in the TMT&H; sector team means working in a dynamic environment with interesting clients and on challenging transactions at the very heart of the ING organization. The global TMT&H; sector team currently consists of 80+ dedicated professionals located in New York, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Madrid and Singapore. The combined teams in Amsterdam, Madrid & Frankfurt cover the EMEA region, together with sector bankers in other locations, and serve clients in a number of TMT&H; sub-sectors. ING is one of the leading banks in the sector and is continuously at the top of the EMEA league tables. Given the growth ambitions of ING WB in Italy and the focus on capturing additional business with both domestic and international players in the TMT&H; value chain, a new dedicated TMT&H; sector is currently being established in Milan. **Your key responsibilities** You will be a member of multiple client & deal teams involved in transactions which have a large impact on our clients.



You work closely together with team members in Milan and other locations, and with various product specialists across ING. In all your activities you will strive to meet client needs in the best way and beyond. In the TMT&H; sector team your job is diverse, with your main tasks consisting of: - Preparing relevant client reporting and perform Know Your Customer activities on our client’s portfolio.
- Actively supporting deal generation, proactively contributing to the origination efforts of the team by driving sector analyses, presentations, and pitch books. Safeguarding timely transaction delivery and high-quality and seamless transaction e
- ecution.
- Maintaining active contacts with other departments/disciplines within ING, such as Corporate Finance, Loan Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, Financial Markets, Transaction Services and Risk Management.
- Assessing and reviewing due diligence on clients.
- Supporting portfolio management activities such as processing of credit reviews, waivers, and amendments.
- Monitoring client’ portfolio profitability and KPIs.
- Participating to the wider sector initiatives and improvement projects and actively contribute to making the TMT&H; Italy a better and more efficient organization. **Who are we looking for?** We are looking for a pro-active professional with a strong personal drive, professional ambition and international mindset.
