They troubleshoot technical problems and issues, determine technical solutions in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommend actions to company or customer representatives for coordinative product solutions. The FSR assesses product needs in accordance with customer specifications. May be required to conduct informal (e.g. over-the-shoulder) training for Government personnel. Provides data in support of, and reviews engineering investigations. Works as an engineering liaison between NG engineering and the USAF, coordinating requests for depot-level repairs, electronic data and log/fault files, etc. Performs depot-level FSR-only tasks and depot-level Time Compliance Technical Orders.
Notes recurring discrepancies or trends and initiate appropriate actions. **This position will be a long-term expatriate opportunity; expat incentives will be determined based on the length of time on assignment.** Basic Qualifications: - Must have a High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years additional education and/or related experience OR 8 years with an Associates degree
- Strong background in Avionics
- Must have an active DoD Secret clearance or higher (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)
- Working knowledge of IMDS/CAMS maintenance data collection
- A basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Certified UAV Technician / Aircraft Electronics Technician Preferred Qualifications: - Prior RQ-4 maintenance experience
- (FAA) Airframe and Power plant (A&P;) desired
- Working knowledge of Air Force Instruction 21-101 (Aircraft and Equipment Maintenance Management) Primary Level Salary Range: $69,800.00 - $116,400.00 Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary premio in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
