- Draft Master Batch Records and protocols for laboratory activities, or equivalent experience.
- Provide technical support and supervision during method development and assessment for both biological and synthetic molecules.
- Actively collaborate with the Formulation Development/Analytical Development (FD/AD) team,



sharing technical expertise and scientific support.
- Participate in internal and external training to stay updated on new technologies and advancements. **Requirements**: - Proven experience in laboratory-scale processes for liquid and lyophilized drugs.
- Expertise in lab-scale processes such as lyophilization cycle development, filtration/ultrafiltration, terminal sterilization, mixing, and characterization techniques (e.g., UPLC-HPLC-UV, chemical analysis, electrophoresis).
- Strong technical and scientific communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team to achieve project success and client happiness.
