The retail coordinator is responsible for the tasks entrusted to him/her, demonstrating responsiveness, flexibility and precision. The retail coordinator will be specifically trained to be the local point of reference for setting up and using the NSF audit tools. He/she will support his/her team in the optimal use of these tools, and will assist the Belgian auditors team with their daily requests. Responsibilities: The quality of delivery is central and critical for this position. Every action is affecting the business: auditors efficiency and quality of delivery at one side, the client satisfaction and retention at the other side. - Creating new audit templates
- Updating of contact details and adding new facilities in various systems
- Assist the Belgian auditors’s from the office for admin requests
- Reviewing and sending out audit reports
- Putting together overviews of our audits and food analyses in Excel
- Maintaining the customer audit platform accounts (create new logins, passwords etc)




- Be the link between the Business Unit and IT in case of IT problems
- Scheduling of audits
- Invoicing of clients
- Client reporting, internal KPI’s follow up
- Provide admin support to the business and account manager for new opportunities, expansion, or client renewal - Qualifications: Experience as administrative assistant or similar role
- Demonstratable experience working with Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft systems, PowerBI is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Perfect command in **Italian, Fluent in English**
- Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
- A clear and proactive communicator
- Have excellent report and presentation both verbal and written.
- Comfortable working in a multilingual work environment
- Able to travel occasionally if needed (EU)
