What will you be doing?
**Front Office**:
Welcoming clients, visitors, and suppliers
Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings
Maintaining the appearance and organization of common areas
**Back Office**:
Entering and updating data in company systems
Handling administrative documentation, archiving, and petty cash
Preparing reports and supporting administrative tasks
**Facility Management and Audit Support**:
Managing service providers (cleaning, maintenance, security) and coordinating technical interventions
Monitoring contracts, deadlines, and supply orders
Ensuring workplace safety and proper functioning of office facilities
Collecting documentation and supporting compliance for internal and external audits




What are we looking for?
High school diploma
Previous experience in similar roles within structured organizations
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Proactivity and ability to act promptly
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent command of the Italian language, both written and spoken
