**About the role** The Concierge Lead is responsible for designing, delivering and continuously elevating a world-class hospitality programme for Venezia FC's owners, VIP guests, investors, premium sponsors and strategic partners. **Key responsibilities** ▪ Define the VIP guest experience framework and end-to-end guest journey strategy ▪ Lead matchday premium hospitality ▪ Curate exclusive Venice and Veneto experiences: private water transport, Michelin dining, cultural access, luxury events ▪ Manage high-profile guest relationships and personalised preference profiles ▪ Build and lead the concierge and guest services team ▪ Coordinate exclusive access to Ca' Venezia Training Facility within agreed protocols ▪ Support executive hosting for sponsors,



investors and corporate delegations **Requirements**:
▪ Minimum 3 years in luxury hospitality, VIP concierge or elite event management ▪ Experience with executive stakeholders or sports hospitality programmes ▪ Fluent English and Italian required — additional languages a plus ▪ Flexibility to work matchdays, evenings and special events ▪ Based in Venice — on-site presence required, no remote work Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato Vantaggi: - Buoni pasto
