About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Legal Counsel to join our Consumer Business Group (CBG) team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive daily legal support across e-commerce, marketing, sales, and general corporate compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional business units and regional legal teams to safeguard business operations and ensure full compliance with local and EU regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Contract Management: Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including distribution agreements, sales contracts, marketing campaign agreements, NDAs, and vendor contracts.
- Legal Advisory & Business Support: Provide timely, actionable, and solution-oriented legal advice to business departments (Online Sales, Marketing, Retail, Service) to support daily operations.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Assist in ensuring operational compliance across key areas, including consumer protection, advertising laws, competition law, GDPR/data privacy, ESG, and electronic product compliance; identify and mitigate potential legal risks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with regional/HQ legal teams and internal functions (Finance, Tax, HR) to ensure alignment with company policies and legal standards.




- Legal Research & Monitoring: Track and analyze updates in local and EU laws and regulations, evaluating their potential impact on company operations.
- Knowledge Management: Maintain and manage legal documentation archives, templates, and records to ensure proper custody and organization.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 1–3 years of legal experience (in-house in the tech/consumer goods sector or in a law firm). High-potential fresh law graduates with strong internship background will also be considered.
- Legal Expertise: Solid understanding of local commercial law, contract law, and consumer protection laws. Knowledge of EU data privacy regulations (GDPR) is a strong plus.
- Languages: Fluency in the Italian and English (both written and spoken) is essential for daily business operations.
- Key Skills:
- Strong drafting, analytical, and contract negotiation skills with a practical business sense.
- Ability to translate complex legal issues into clear, pragmatic guidance for business stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Resilient under pressure, detail-oriented, adaptable, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
