Role Description The Information Technology Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tirana, responsible for overseeing the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and services. This role plans, implements, and maintains hardware, software, networks, and cloud solutions to ensure reliability, security, and scalability. The IT Manager leads and mentors the IT team, coordinates daily support activities, and manages incident resolution, system monitoring, and performance optimization.

The role collaborates with business leaders to align IT initiatives with organizational goals, manage vendor relationships,



and oversee IT budgets and procurement. The IT Manager also develops and enforces IT policies, ensures data protection and compliance, and drives continuous improvement and technology upgrades.

Qualifications

Strong experience with IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and endpoint devices.

Proficiency in system administration, database management, and IT security practices (firewalls, access controls, backup and recovery).

Experience leading IT teams, managing projects, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and structured incident, change, and problem management processes.

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions and roadmaps.

Strong vendor management skills, including contract negotiation, service level monitoring, and cost optimization.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills with the ability to support non-technical users.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, CISSP) are an advantage.

Previous experience as an IT Manager or in a senior IT role within a service-oriented or outsourcing environment is highly beneficial.

Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
