We are seeking an Head of Legal who will lead the Legal function and act as a strategic business partner at both operational and advisory levels.

Key responsabilities: Lead and develop the Legal team, ensuring prioritization, quality and timely execution Provide legal guidance to business functions, with a strong focus on risk management and compliance Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial contracts and third-party agreements Oversee the full contract lifecycle,



ensuring effectiveness and compliance with internal policies Manage relationships with external legal advisors, optimizing costs and performance Monitor legal and regulatory developments, ensuring proper implementation across the organization Ensure compliance with privacy/GDPR requirements and protection of intellectual property assets Support the management of complex legal matters in collaboration with internal stakeholders Contribute to the enhancement of legal processes, procedures and governance frameworks Competenze ed esperienza Law Degree At least 5 years of experience on legal issues management in a company and/or in a law firm Fluent in English Planning and organizational skills Leadership and people management skills Result-oriented Team working oriented Proficient in MS Office Suite Completa l'offerta Ottima opportunità di carriera.
