Sectors: Offices Industrial & Logistics High Street Retail, Retail Parks, and Shopping Centres Multifamily, PBSA, and Healthcare Alternatives (e.g., Infrastructure and Data Centers)Joining the Value and Risk Advisory team as Head of Industrial & Logistics means working autonomously and independently in daily workload management, leading the Industrial & Logistics team, taking responsibility for producing and delivering valuation reports, providing unrivaled client service and quality, developing the business, and contributing to achieving budget targets. The successful candidate should ideally come from consulting or corporate companies, preferably with an international/European focus as well as local expertise, and have 10 years' experience in real estate valuation and related activities. The role requires excellent financial analysis skills, report writing skills,



and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Argus.

Fluency in Italian and English, both written and oral, is essential.
