We're looking for a highly motivated Grants & Operations Intern to work directly with the CEO and support both strategic and operational activities. You'll gain hands-on experience in startup operations, innovation funding, project management, and executive support while contributing to real business initiatives from day one. _____________ Innovation Funding Support the preparation of grant applications and project proposals Assist with project documentation and reporting Operations Help manage contracts, suppliers, renewals,



and documentation Assist in organizing meetings, priorities, and special projects Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or a related field Excellent written and spoken Italian and English Comfortable using Excel, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools Previous experience with grants, startups, or project management is appreciated but not required.
