Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dishwasher role based in the Greater Padova (Padua) Metropolitan Area. The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using dishwashing machines and manual methods.

Daily tasks include maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dishwashing areas, handling waste disposal, organizing clean items for easy access, and assisting with basic food preparation as needed. The role also involves following safety and hygiene standards,



supporting kitchen staff during busy service periods, and communicating with team members to ensure smooth operations. The Dishwasher contributes to a positive guest experience by helping maintain a clean, efficient, and well-organized back-of-house environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Dishwashing skills and familiarity with kitchen cleaning and sanitization practices.
- Candidates should possess basic Food Preparation and Cooking skills to support kitchen operations when required.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen and service team members.
- Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction, ensuring cleanliness and reliability that enhance the overall dining experience.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, cafeteria, or commercial kitchen is beneficial but not required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
