La Natura Lifestyle International Holding AG is an internationally operating group active in the production and distribution of coffee, tea and food products .

Our operations include modern production facilities in Italy, with locations in Fano, Bologna and Monteporzio , as well as international sales and business activities.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) (m/f/d) to lead and further develop our finance function.

This is a hands-on leadership position with direct responsibility for financial management, controlling and strategic financial planning across the organization.

? Your Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for Finance, Controlling and financial governance

- Lead and further develop the company’s financial strategy and structures

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management

- Monitor profitability, margins, working capital and overall financial performance

• Establish and develop meaningful financial KPIs and management reporting

• Provide management with reliable financial analysis and recommendations for strategic and operational decisions

• Oversee financial planning and controlling of production operations , including cost structures and efficiency

• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors and other external financial partners

- Support financing activities, investments and major business decisions
- Identify financial risks and develop appropriate measures to manage them

• Further develop ERP, controlling, reporting and financial processes

• Ensure high standards of transparency, accuracy and financial discipline throughout the organization

- Work closely with Management, Production, Procurement, Logistics and Sales

? Your Profile

• Several years of senior-level experience in Finance, Controlling or as CFO / Finance Director

• Experience in an international company ,



ideally within manufacturing, food, FMCG or another industrial environment

• Strong knowledge of financial management, controlling, accounting, budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management

• Experience with production controlling and cost accounting is a strong advantage

• Strong understanding of working capital, profitability and financial performance management

• Experience working with banks, auditors, tax advisors and external financial partners

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, practical approach

- Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to work closely with owners and senior management

• Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems

• Very good English skills ; Italian is a strong advantage

- Willingness to work closely with our operations and production teams in Italy
