About AgriAI

AgriAI is an agritech startup developing AI powered solutions to support farmers in crop monitoring, disease detection and agricultural decision making.

We are currently looking for a motivated student or recent graduate with a background in Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences, Biotechnology or a related field who is interested in joining a young and innovative startup project focused on olive cultivation.

The Role

You will collaborate with the AgriAI team on the development and validation of solutions for olive grove monitoring and crop health.

Your contribution will help connect agronomic and biological knowledge with technology, artificial intelligence and field applications.

What You Will Work On

- Supporting the identification and understanding of the main diseases and pests affecting olive trees
- Analyzing physiological stress and other factors affecting olive tree health
- Contributing agronomic knowledge to the development of AgriAI solutions
- Supporting field activities, data collection and validation when required
- Researching olive cultivation, plant health, disease development and crop management
- Collaborating with the technical and business teams to translate agronomic knowledge into practical product features
- Contributing ideas and insights to the development of an early stage agritech startup

Who We Are Looking For Student or recent graduate in Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences, Biotechnology, Plant Sciences or a related discipline





- Good understanding of plant biology and crop health
- Interest in olive cultivation and the challenges affecting olive production
- Knowledge of plant diseases, pests, physiological stress or crop management
- Curious and proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and contribute ideas
- Interest in innovation, artificial intelligence and agricultural technology
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have:
- Academic or practical experience related to olive cultivation
- Knowledge of olive tree diseases and pests
- Previous field experience in agriculture
- Experience with plant pathology, entomology, precision agriculture or remote sensing
- Research experience related to crops or plant health
