The Team

The Student Engagement team works closely with academic staff and external providers to deliver meaningful support and create positive outcomes for students. You'll be part of a caring and values-driven community where teamwork, compassion, and making a difference are at the heart of everything we do.

About the Role

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced educator to deliver high-quality teaching, support student achievement, and contribute to the strategic direction of the school. Working closely with the Principal and wider school community, you will help shape curriculum, foster positive learning environments, mentor staff, and lead a range of educational and extracurricular initiatives. The role is ideal for a collaborative and innovative professional who is passionate about educational excellence, student wellbeing, and continuous improvement.

We are looking for

Essential

- Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (RWVP) with a registration Status – Employment
- A registered teacher with full registration within the meaning of the Teachers Registration Act 2000.
- Qualifications as established by the Tasmanian Industrial Commission in the Teaching Service (Tasmanian Public Sector) Award, 2005.

Desirable

- Four years or more training as defined in the Teaching Service (Tasmanian Public Sector) Award 2005.
