The Sales Assistant reports directly to the Showroom Manager.
/p h3Main Activities /h3 ul liMeet and greet customers that come into the Showroom, providing outstanding level of hospitality.
/li liEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
/li liActively listen to and engage customers, using appropriate selling skills to match the customer's needs, and ensure their decisions.
/li liMaintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as prospect for new customers.
/li liMaintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standard.
/li liOffer information and technical support to customers about the products.
/li liMaintain accurate inventory and store goods.
/li liCheck all products to see if they are not damaged.




/li liUse the company reporting tools (quote/project registration, traffic registration, CRM).
/li liContribute to further expand the company database through client data registration and profiling.
/li liIdentify and investigate customer complaints and service suggestions.
/li liProvide support to the Showroom Manager in implementing programs and execute operational and organizational objectives.
/li /ul h3Experience and Education /h3 ul liPrevious experience in high-end furniture or luxury goods industry will be appreciated.
/li liDegree in Interior Design or Architecture and other academic background will be evaluated.
/li /ul h3Technical and Soft skills /h3 ul liExcellent computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel).
/li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
/li liAttitude to problem solving and ability to handle stress.
