ppThe Technical Asset Manager will be responsible for managing technical asset initiatives on the landlord side across a regional portfolio. This includes major and minor CAPEX projects—such as extensions, redevelopments, and renovations from concept through to completion. Acting as the primary technical point of contact, the role ensures compliance, cost efficiency, and strategic alignment while collaborating closely with in-house development, investment, and asset management teams, as well as external partners. /ph3Key responibilities /h3ulliLead CAPEX projects from technical due diligence through design, tendering, permitting, procurement, contracting, and handover. /liliOversee permitting strategies, design coordination, cost planning, and construction processes. /liliPrepare and approve budgets; monitor costs and implement corrective measures where necessary. /liliConduct feasibility studies, technical risk assessments, and cost-vantaggi analyses. /liliContribute to the development and implementation of business plans, financial evaluations, and reporting. /liliCoordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including authorities, contractors, architects, and engineers.
