/p h3In this bContinuous Improvement Specialist (OMS Champion) /b role you will /h3 ul liSpread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization; /li liEngaging Site Leaders in OMS by training them and supporting the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an Organization that Delivers /li liManage and support process improvement projects /li liImplement and monitor KPIs /li liPromote and convey continuous improvement tools; /li liManaging continuous improvement opportunities, addressing necessary actions; /li liSupporting the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management; /li /ul h3bThe ideal candidate /b has the following characteristics: /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain; /li liAt least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement's team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry.
