You will act as a key driver of business growth, managing and developing the EP portfolio within the Infrastructure market, combining sales execution, market insight, and strategic thinking to achieve ambitious targets.
/p pYour day-to-day activities include driving sales growth of Electrical Products within the Infrastructure market, developing partner networks, expanding low voltage portfolio penetration, and collaborating with Marketing, Business Development teams, partners, and key decision makers to support sustainable business growth and achieve sales targets.
/p h3You'll make an impact by /h3 ul liDriving sales growth of Electrical Products within the Infrastructure segment and expanding low voltage portfolio penetration.
/li liSupporting and enabling partners to deliver best-in-class sales and service to end customers.
/li liCollaborating closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to identify opportunities and shape go-to-market strategies.
/li liMonitoring performance through data, reports, and dashboards to provide insights for forecasting and decision-making.
/li liBuilding strong relationships and influencing key stakeholders and decision makers.
/li liBringing the voice of the customer into innovation and continuous improvement processes.
/li liMaintaining a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitors, and industry trends.
/li liTaking full ownership of the Infrastructure sales targets within the Business Unit Electrical Products.
/li /ul h3What makes you a great match /h3 h3Core Requirements /h3 ul liProven minimum 5 years' experience in sales of low voltage components within the Infrastructure market.




/li liKnowledge of low voltage and medium voltage panels and electrical distribution.
/li /ul h3Other Requirements /h3 ul liEducational background in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, Mechatronics, Automation or Technical High School Diploma.
/li liAvailability for frequent national business trips and occasional international travel.
/li liProficiency in English and Italian.
/li liEligibility to work in Italy.
