Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars. /p pResponsible for overseeing end-to-end employee administration processes across a complex, multinational and multi-site organization, ensuring alignment with global HRO standards and local regulatory requirements. /p pParticipate to continuous improvement and guarantee the respect of all Internal Audit requirements /p pThis role operates within the Global HRO Operations function and focuses on governance, compliance, process optimization, and team leadership . /p pbMain Tasks /b /p h3Operations Process Governance /h3 ul liEnsure adherence to global HR Operations standards and procedures /li liOversee personnel administration processes across the employee lifecycle (mandatory notifications regarding new hires and departures, enrolment in statutory and supplementary health schemes, applications for social security contribution relief, workplace safety training, badge applications, etc.) /li /ul h3Employee Programs Administration /h3 ul liOversee welfare programs, benefits, and insurance plans /li liEnsure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations /li /ul h3Manage mandatory communications /h3 ul liOversee Law 68/99 processes (protected categories) /li /ul h3Management of membership fees for sector-specific employers’ organisations /h3 h3Hired staff management /h3 ul liEnsure the accurate management of information regarding contract duration, number, and number of renewals,
in order to guarantee compliance with legal requirements and the flow of communication across various management systems /li /ul h3Compliance Regulatory Management /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements /li liEnsure continuous monitoring of HR regulatory updates and proactively disseminate relevant changes to the team and broader HR community, guaranteeing consistent alignment and understanding /li /ul h3KPIs Performance Monitoring /h3 ul liMonitor operational KPIs and service performance /li liDevelop reports and dashboards /li liDrive continuous improvement actions /li /ul h3Quality and Continuous improvement /h3 ul liEnsure regular audits to check compliance with process in place and Internal Control requirements /li liIdentify potential process improvements, propose solutions, validate with management and implement /li liHarmonize and standardize process in place /li liEnsure production of monthly KPIs related to payroll and Administration /li /ul h3Management /h3 pEnsure performance management of the team, that all steps of PMC are properly managed for his direct reports /p pEnsure training plan proposal to direct management and competencies management /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor or Master degree specialized in HR and Payroll /li liExperienced in team management (More than 5 HC)pStrong Administration /pVery good Excel level /li liConfidentiality /li liRigorous /li liService oriented /li liResult oriented /li liTeam Work /li /ul pYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
