Sentinel Diagnostics , leader in the development and production of IVD diagnostic kits for Clinical Chemistry, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Chromatography and Lateral Flow, is looking for a:

PROJECT MANAGER – Molecular Biology/Clinical Chemistry Area

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects of development and industrialization of In Vitro Diagnostics.

Responsibilities :

- Draft project scope, objectives, deliverables, and overall project background and context
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
- Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as needed with respect to project scope, timeline, and budget
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and support Team Managers in resource allocation
- Track project budgets and ensure effective cost control
- Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues
- Communicate project status, key milestones and challenges to both internal and external stakeholders
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, document decisions and action items, and prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, presentations and action trackers
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by promoting best practices, implementing new project management methodologies, and supporting the adoption of innovative processes and project monitoring tools

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biochemistry,



Biology or a related scientific discipline
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar project management role, preferably within the IVD, Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industries
- Solid knowledge of Waterfall project management methodologies (familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid approaches is considered an advantage)
- Knowledge of IVD and Medical Device regulations and standards
- Technical background in one or more of the following areas: Molecular Biology, Clinical Chemistry, Immunochemistry, or Mass Spectrometry is preferred
- Professional proficiency in English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), as well as Visio and Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Strong decision-making abilities, with the capacity to manage conflicting priorities
- A proactive approach, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
