The consultant will collaborate closely with the VP Sales, Regional Director – EMEA, and the commercial team in Italy to support market development and customer engagement activities. The engagement will be structured around a flexible consulting arrangement with compensation aligned with business development outcomes. /p h3Major Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the company’s market expansion efforts within the Italian agricultural films sector. /li liLeverage existing industry relationships to facilitate introductions and develop new commercial opportunities. /li liBuild and maintain relationships with film producers, converters, technical decision makers, and key industry stakeholders. /li liIdentify customer needs and communicate relevant opportunities to the commercial and technical teams. /li liSupport the evaluation of potential projects, applications, and target accounts. /li liParticipate in customer meetings, technical-commercial discussions,
