As part of the team, you will represent Agicap to our customers. After comprehensive training in your first months, you become their partner in unlocking the full potential of our Treasury platform to realize their strategic, financial and operational goals. The Implementation team is part of our Customer Success function and works closely with Sales, Account Management and Customer Success Tech. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liManage a portfolio of Mid‑Market customers in the Implementation phase.



/li liManage both operational Finance employees and the Head of Finance/CFO/CEO on the customer side. /li liDrive customer engagement by developing a deep understanding of your client’s strategic, financial and operational goals. /li liBecome an Agicap product expert and use this knowledge to effectively guide customers toward their desired outcomes. /li liTake ultimate ownership for Customer Health and Onboarding turnaround time. /li liMake sure that customers get maximum value from Agicap and give them insight into this through high‑touch engagements. /li liBe the voice of the customer back into our organization. /li /ul h3What you need to succeed /h3 ul li1‑2 years of work experience in a professional environment.
