The successful candidate will oversee all engineering and technical activities, ensuring the efficient design, development, and industrialization of products and systems. /ppWorking closely with Production, Service, Sales and Purchasing teams, you will play a key role in delivering innovative, high-quality technical solutions aligned with company objectives and industry standards. /ph3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3ulliLead, motivate and manage the Technical Office team, including engineers, designers and technical draftsmen. /liliCoordinate and supervise the design and development of products, systems, and customer projects. /liliEnsure compliance with technical regulations, industry standards, and safety requirements. /liliCollaborate with the Sales Department in defining technical specifications and supporting proposal preparation. /liliSupport Production during industrialization activities and technical problem-solving processes. /liliManage technical documentation, ensuring drawings, manuals, and related records remain accurate and updated. /liliMonitor project timelines, costs, and quality performance. /liliDrive continuous improvement initiatives and promote technological innovation across the organization.



/li /ulh3bRequirements /b /h3h3bEducation Experience /b /h3ulliMaster's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline. /liliMinimum of 10 years of experience in a similar leadership role. /liliPrevious experience within the plant engineering/industrial systems sector.
