Sales&Marketing; Executive – Pumps – Europe

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to develop and expand our pump business across the European market. The role focuses on both Retail Sales and Project Business Development for a comprehensive range of pumps serving various sectors like waste water, Residential, Agriculture, Building & Construction, Civic Water Supply, and Industrial sectors .
~ The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing distribution networks, managing key project opportunities, and enhancing brand visibility through strategic marketing initiatives. This position requires extensive travel across Europe and close collaboration with distributors, dealers, contractors, consultants, OEMs, and end users.

Develop and expand the retail and distribution network for the company’s pump portfolio across assigned European markets.
Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners to increase market penetration.
Promote pumps and pumping solutions for residential, agricultural,



building & construction, civic water supply, and industrial applications.
Achieve sales targets by developing new customers while strengthening relationships with existing partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Provide after-sales commercial support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify and develop project opportunities involving water supply, irrigation, pressure boosting, wastewater management, HVAC, fire-fighting, and industrial pumping systems.
Build strong relationships with consultants, MEP contractors, EPC contractors, builders, developers, municipalities, OEMs, and engineering firms.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, tenders, and project documentation.
Manage the complete project sales cycle from specification and bidding to order execution and project completion.
