They are capable of sustaining technical conversations and communications, preparing national and international documentation (commercial offers, quotes, contractual compliance, etc.), and promoting company products/services to meet customer needs within the general rules and commercial policies of the company. Training Modules Configure the offer of services/products - Knowledge: main communication and customer relationship techniques, management systems,



tools and techniques for promoting and selling services/products, elements of strategic and operational marketing, sector-specific technical terminology, main types and characteristics of commercial distribution, budgeting principles. Carry out administrative-contractual operations - Knowledge: main accounting and administrative procedures, regulatory references regarding commercial offers and quotes, typology and characteristics of formats and modules for commercial offers and quotes, elements of national and international commercial contracts, methodologies and tools for document management, main application software for order and purchase management, quotes, commercial offers, international contractual documents.
