About The Role
The Engineering Manager is responsible for building and managing a technically excellent team, overseeing resource allocation and capacity planning, and driving the execution of projects from pre‐sale through delivery. The manager works closely with Business Development, Sales, and other Engineering Units to define technical offerings, estimate costs, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
