The role We are looking for a talent leader who has lived through the chaos of scaling a startup, someone equally at home in strategic conversations with founders and in the execution of a full recruitment cycle. This is our first Talent hire. You will own everything from scratch: process, pipeline, brand, and the culture that attracts the best people. You will work directly with founders and department leads to shape how Skillvue grows. You will be the face of Skillvue in the talent market, the person who makes top candidates want to join before they ever speak to a hiring manager. Design employer branding campaigns, build our careers website, craft job posts, and own the candidate experience from first touchpoint to signed offer. Talent community & pipeline building - Great hires come from relationships started months before a role opens. Build the tools and touchpoints that keep Skillvue top of mind. Talent acquisition - Own the full recruitment lifecycle across all functions: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, onboarding. Define hiring frameworks and structured interview processes. Partner with hiring managers to translate team needs into effective hiring strategies. Onboarding - Own the onboarding experience from offer acceptance through the first 90 days.
