and closing strategies Act as a trusted advisor to both partners and clients Monitor market trends and competitive landscape within the high-tech sector Participate in face-to-face meetings, client visits, and industry events Profile Requirements Proven experience in sales within the IT / high-tech industry , with strong exposure to partner/channel sales models Good understanding of technology solutions (computing infrastructure, storage or related areas) Strong local market knowledge and established professional network in Italy Experience working with: IT distributors / value-added distributors System integrators and local partners Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote-first environment Work-from-Home role with a strong focus on frequent face-to-face meetings with clients and partners Regular travel required across Rome, Milan, and surrounding
