VIP experiences and high-profile events Manage client communication and present strategies with confidence Mentor and support junior members of the team Identify new business opportunities and support agency growth Work closely with the Founder on the strategic development of Natasha Slater Studio What We're Looking ForMinimum 5 years' experience in luxury PR or communications Proven experience working with fashion, luxury, interior design, hospitality or lifestyle brands Fluent English and Italian (written and spoken) – this is essential Demonstrated experience leading client accounts and mentoring junior team members Strong experience organising luxury events, press days, launches and VIP activations Excellent understanding of influencer marketing, digital communications and the evolving media landscape Existing relationships with journalists, editors, stylists, influencers and industry contacts are highly desirable Commercially minded, highly organised and solutions-oriented Passionate about fa
