You'll have the chance to influence market strategy, build key industry partnerships, and drive the development of one of the fastest-growing sectors in renewable energy. Working within an entrepreneurial and highly ambitious environment,



you'll play a direct role in expanding the company's presence and project pipeline across Italy.

Identifying and developing new BESS and renewable energy opportunities across Italy
Sourcing, assessing, and progressing project opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions
Leading commercial negotiations and structuring agreements with customers and partners
Supporting market analysis, investment cases, and business growth strategies
Collaborating closely with technical, engineering, and project delivery teams throughout development phases
Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Proven business development experience within renewable energy, with BESS experience highly desirable
Strong knowledge of the Italian energy market and regulatory landscape
Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Fluent Italian
