Quality Management System: Management, maintenance and improvement of the QMS in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22716 (cosmetic GMP), IFS HPC / BRCGS (a plus); management of management review and quality KPIs.
Regulatory and product compliance: Supervision of compliance with Regulation (EC) 1223/2009 (cosmetics), CLP, SDS, REACH (decision‐making level), chemical safety and ATEX requirements; technical support in the evaluation of product‐container compatibility, labeling requirements and technical documentation; Management of non‐conformities and complaints: Complete management of internal non‐conformities, customer complaints, supplier disputes, root cause analysis, 8D reports, CAPA; technical evaluation of responsibilities (company vs supplier vs customer); support to Management in the management of complex claims.
Audit: Preparation, management and follow‐up of second‐party audits (customers), third‐party audits (certification bodies),



supplier audits; management of corrective actions post‐audit; Supplier management: analysis of supplier non‐conformities and technical follow‐up; Operational support: Active presence in production for verification of procedure application; support to production and maintenance; collaboration with laboratory and R&D; in introduction phase of new products.
Degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related fields.
Significant experience of at least 5 years in QA roles in chemical, cosmetic, aerosol / packaging / consumer products companies.
Direct experience in managing complex audits and non‐conformities.
Advanced Excel, quality trend analysis.
Technical English written and spoken (minimum B2).
Stress resistance and priority management.
Professional integrity and strong sense of responsibility.
