As the official jewelry partner of Houston Fashion Week SS26 and featured in duPont REGISTRY and VoyageDallas, we've built a reputation for craft and distinction well beyond our size. We're a small, founder-led team in a deliberate growth phase, which means the person who joins us now helps shape what AviNika becomes.

About the role

This is a commission-only remote independent contractor role selling one-of-one custom fine jewelry. You'll work leads from inquiry through deposit and final payment: reaching out to cold and warm leads, running consultations by video and phone, following up persistently, negotiating, and closing. You'll represent a distinctive brand to a discerning clientele, so you'll need to genuinely understand and care about the craft.

Compensation is commission-only with a graduated structure, no base salary.

You must have
Fluent English, written and spoken — this is a client-facing role with US clients
Direct experience selling jewelry, ideally custom or fine jewelry, and ideally in a remote setting
A track record with cold outreach, structured follow-up, and closing/negotiation — you're comfortable driving a sale, not just taking orders
Comfort working independently and remotely with CRM tools and digital communication
A long-term mindset: you're looking to build something over time, not chase a quick payout

Strong pluses
Hand-sketching ability to support custom design conversations
Background in luxury retail or the jewelry/gemstone industry
Familiarity with the commission/custom process end to end
