Your Role




As an Experience Designer at Capgemini Invent you will be responsible for delivering end‐to‐end digital experience design across products and services, from opportunity framing to prototyping and delivery, ensuring alignment between user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. In this role, you will be a key player in the following activities:
Lead end‐to‐end design workstreams across digital products and services, from research and opportunity framing to prototyping and delivery;
Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into effective experience strategies and solutions;
Plan and execute user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to identify insights and opportunity areas;
Design user journeys, service blueprints, interaction models, information architecture, and high‐quality UI artefacts in Figma;
Contribute to the development and governance of Design Systems and ensure design consistency across products;
Collaborate with cross‐functional teams and stakeholder
