‘Senior/Principal Operational Assistant – Health Insurance and Administration’ - based in Luxembourg

The EIB, the European Union's bank, is seeking to recruit for its Human Resources Directorate (HR), Analytics, Remuneration & Employees Services Department (ARES), Health & Benefits Division (H&B;), Health Administration & Insurances Unit (HA&I;) at its headquarters in Luxembourg, a Senior/Principal Operational Assistant – Health Insurance and Administration*.

This is a full-time position at grade 2/3 for which the EIB offers a permanent contract.

Purpose

Responsibilities

As a Senior/Principal Operational Assistant - Health Insurance and Administration, reporting to the Head of Health Administration & Insurances Unit,



you will execute operational and administrative duties supporting the processes linked to the administration of the Health Insurance Scheme (HIS) of the EIB and EIF. Your responsibilities will encompass 3 areas:

Administration of the Health Insurance Scheme (HIS) of the EIB and other health related insurances and programmes (e.g. medical assistance for private life occurrences) including preventive medicine programme and medical controls.
Administration of Sick leaves, Occupational Disabilities and work-related illnesses/accidents.
Procurement and policy related administration of the HIS contracts.

The role requires accuracy, attention to details, good interpersonal and collaboration skills and sense of initiative.
