What You’ll Do

Partner with leaders to support team effectiveness, organizational development, and the smooth implementation of change initiatives




Act as a trusted advisor and coach on people-related topics, supporting managers in navigating everyday challenges
Provide guidance on labor law, policies, and employee relations, ensuring a fair, consistent, and compliant approach
Support and oversee key HR processes across the employee lifecycle, in collaboration with HR teams and shared services
Contribute to talent and succession planning, supporting development, capability building, and long-term growth
Encourage engagement initiatives and help foster an inclusive and supportive team environment
Use data and insights to identify trends and contribute to practical, people-focused solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Demonstrated experience in a similar industry and fast-paced environment, in a business-facing or HR partnering role, with the ability to navigate complexity with confidence and care
Strong coaching and consulting skills, with a thoughtful approach to supporting leaders and tea
